Job Description:
We are currently seeking a mature, self-managed, intelligent legal collector with excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task. Your primary funciton is to manage assigned accounts and be able to solve customer issues regarding loan and legal counsel when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Able to handle heavy and targeted amount of collection call volumes- outgoing and incoming, and logging the information into the system when needed. Have an understanding of the UCC and internal performance standards in order to personally develop business strategies to meet or exceed the objectives of the department budget. Ability to analyze commercial documents when needed to aid in developing and managing a portfolio of desired cash flow levels on a continual basis. Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion is a MUST. Associates degree in business related field desired or Certification. Proven Negotiation Skills Experience working with collections MS Word, Excel, Outlook
