|
Job Requirements:
At least 3 years experience directly supervising collectors in a commission based automated call center environment.
Ability to deal with multiple tasks simultaneously; strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to set up call campaigns and manage a predictive dialer.
Ability to maintain a good working relationship with all co-workers, clients, and clients customers; and to use good judgment in recognizing scope of authority.
Has a good working knowledge of the FDCPA as well as other state and federal laws concerning collection activity.
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to negotiate maximum settlements with debtors.
Ability to deal effectively in a changing environment while consistently meeting strict deadlines and financial goals.
Ability to manage within a team environment, work independently and resolve complex issues, ability to sustain fast paced, high pressure performance.
Experience in Predictive Dialer management.
Demonstrate a strong working knowledge of the FDCPA.
Bachelors\\\' degree or equivalent corporate experience.
Fluent Bilingual/Spanish speaking skills required.
