Job Description:
The Trainer Specialist provides initial and follow-up training of call center and administrative staff, ensuring employee capabilities in technical skills, policies and procedures.
-Conducts initial training of all Collection Services Department in accordance with corporate training materials and agenda.
-Ensure employees are fully trained on policies, procedures and both state/federal laws that regulate our industry.
-Track, facilitate and instruct training sessions to achieve business objectives.
-Meets weekly with Collection Managers to review training and productivity issues to support and meet the business needs.
-Assists with on going training for the department
-Assists with fielding Collection staff questions
-Handles requests for reviews of employees
