Job Requirements:
Handle inbound and outbound collection calls in a professional manner. Review credit and other available consumer information to evaluate ways to collect delinquent amounts. Evaluate payment methods and plans that best serve the consumer, our clients and our organization. Must adhere to all corporate and client policies and procedures as well as all State and Federal regulations pertaining to our business. Must be excited to work in a team environment while maintaining individual goals.
Progressive Collection Agency has immediate openings for full time Collection Agents.
Third Party Collection Experience Required!
