Conditions:                         Performance bonus $100-$300 Yearend Bonus:                  Discretionary and based on contribution Schedule:                            Three mornings (6-3, 7-4 or 8-5) and two evenings (10am to 7pm)                                               4 hours every other Saturday (6-10, 7-11, 8-12 or 9-1) Requirements:                  Minimum of one (1) year consumer or commercial collections experience.                                                 Knowledge of Fair Debt Collections Act.                                                 Must have skip tracing experience and familiar with skip tools                                                 Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.                                                 Flexibility to travel locally as required by supervisor.   Other requirements:      Should have a valid drivers’ license and flexibility to travel to visit various locations within a 50 mile radius of base location.   Job Requirements: Job Description:                Candidate will attempt to make telephone contact with companies or individuals that owe money for either check cashing services (payroll checks or Trust funds).                                                 Candidate will manage inventory based on aging and balance.
