$10.00 - $12.00 Per Hour + BONUS!!

· Silicate payments by locating and notifying customers of delinquent accounts. Trace delinquent customers to new addresses/and phone numbers by way of skip-tracing.

· Arrange for debt repayment or establish repayment schedules, based on customers' financial situations.

· Advise customers of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment.

· Locate and monitor overdue accounts, using computers and a variety of automated systems.

· Answer customer questions regarding problems with their accounts.

· Record information about financial status of customers and status of collection efforts.

· Making Decisions and Solving Problems

· Establishing and Maintaining Interpersonal Relationships

· Processing Information

· Updating and Using Relevant Knowledge

· Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work

· Negotiate payment arrangements with customers

· Obtain information from individuals

· Use computers to enter, access or retrieve data
