Job Description:

 ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVES/COLLECTIONS DEPT.

These positions are responsible for collecting (via inbound and outbound telephone calls) from customers who are delinquent on their accounts. It is important to promote positive customer relations, provide quality service and assist customers by providing solutions to delinquency problems.
Job Requirements:

Ideal candidates will enjoy a fast paced, competitive environment and MUST be available to work a mix of days, evenings and weekends. 

 
Individuals must have:
·        Strong communication skills
·        Basic computer skills 
·        High comfort-level talking on the phone throughout their shift
 
Successful applicants will earn a competitive hourly wage along with monthly bonus potential and various additional monetary & prize incentives.
