Job Description General Job Description:

The Network Manager is responsible for managing, monitoring and driving the performance of the law firms and or collection agencies in the network.  This role requires someone who is detailed, organized, and has excellent follow-up skills.  Excel expertise is a must.  Access skills are a plus.  The following are the duties of this position:

Specific Duties:

1.      Monitor Performance, Productivity and Compliance of assigned firms

2.      Evaluates trends, indicators and implements changes to make recommendation

3.      Innovative approach to problem solving

4.      Actively manages Servicing Firm's performance

            5. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness

1.      4 yr college degree

2.      Collections or network management experience

3.      Computer proficient with all Microsoft Office software

4.      Advance level Excel skills

5.      Excellent written and verbal communication skills

6.      Track record of meeting goals

7.      Organized with strong multi-tasking skills

            8. Detailed driven individual with strong organization skills
