Responsible for the following: coordination of all functions related to

physician claims processing and the collection of payments due from third

party payers. Provides day to day oversight of billing and coding office

operations and staff.

 

Experience Requirements :

 

Minimum of three years progressive physician billing or practice management.

Working knowledge of physician billing and ability to organize and supervise

the work of others engaged in such activity. Excellent written and oral

communication skills. Working knowledge of federal and state laws regulating

collection practices. Ability to provide effective leadership in order to

build a department displaying confidence and professionalism.
