Job Duties: Collects in compliance with the provisions of the FDCPA, the FCRA, and internal performance standards in order to meet or exceed the objectives of the department budget. Skip tracing and outbound check collection phone calls.

Must be highly motivated with the desire to earn commission based on individual performance.

Previous collection experience of at least 3 years with strong skip tracing skills. Preferably in a collection agency environment. Must have skip tracing experience. Must be self-motivated, bi-lingual a plus with the desire to earn commissions based on individual performance
